What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, profile photo, bio, location), content you publish (posts, showreels, pulses, comments), messages you send in the app, bookings you make, and — only while a job is active and you allow it — live location for provider tracking.
Why we use it
To run your account, show your profile to the people you choose, deliver messages and notifications, match clients with providers, keep the platform safe, and improve the product.
Verification documents
Documents you upload for verification are stored in a private area of our backend and are used only to review your badge request. They are not shown publicly and are not shared with other members.
Who can see your data
Your profile, posts and public activity are visible to other members. Private data — messages, contact details and verification documents — is restricted to you and the people you interact with, enforced by database access rules. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers we rely on
BASA AI runs on Lovable Cloud for hosting, database, authentication and file storage. Sign-in with Apple or Google uses those providers only to confirm your identity.
Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time, temporarily hide your profile from public listings, turn off location sharing on your device, or permanently delete your account from Profile settings.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and posts are removed. Some records may remain briefly in backups before being overwritten.
