1. Accepting these terms
By creating a BASA AI account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Who can use BASA AI
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done from your account.
3. Providers and clients
BASA AI is a marketplace that connects clients with independent service providers. We are not a party to the agreement between a client and a provider, and we do not employ providers. Providers are responsible for the quality, legality and safety of the work they offer.
4. Content you post
You keep ownership of the photos, showreels, pulses and text you publish. By posting, you give BASA AI permission to display and distribute that content inside the app. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, sexual, or that you do not have the rights to.
5. Verification badges
Verification signals that we reviewed the documents a member submitted. It is not a guarantee of quality, and it can be removed if information is found to be false or out of date.
6. Acceptable use
No spam, scraping, harassment, impersonation, off-platform payment scams, or attempts to interfere with the security of the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
7. Ending your account
You may hide your profile at any time, or delete your account permanently from Profile settings. Deleting removes your profile and posts and cannot be undone.
8. Liability
BASA AI is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from bookings, disputes, or work carried out between clients and providers.
